Preparation is well underway for the 150th commemoration ceremony scheduled. Reverend Arthur Bruce and commemoration co-ordinator Sue Watson are working hard.

We are inviting all past vicars, plus expressions of interest and are in consultation with the Mokomoko whānau and the Whakatohea iwi.  The church gardens have already been beautified, thanks to community assistance.

This is not just a church – but one of the oldest buildings in town and it is a commemoration for the whole community.
